Couse Strategy
After months of training -- all those miles, long runs, speed sessions, and aches and pains -- the start of the ING New York City Marathon is upon us. Some of us have already conquered the five boroughs by completing the Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island events of the NYRR Half-Marathon Grand Prix. On November 1, we'll run in all five boroughs in a single day! [Course Strategy]
